Wear resistant

Wear-resistant plastics are durable and offer excellent compressive strength and impact resistance. These properties make plastics such as polyamide, polyoxymethylene, and polyethylene terephthalate ideally suited for use in high-grade production processes, such as machine building. On top of that, many of the materials that make up this group of plastics can be used for processes in the food industry, such as in conveyor guide rails. 

Wear-resistant plastics are often lighter in weight and cheaper than metal parts, while being equal to metal in terms of functionality. Based on a drawing or sample part, we will manufacture a customised replacement product out of wear-resistant plastic.
